At this point, I seem to be registrant of at least one domain in each of .ac .as .bz .ca .cx .gd .gs .hk .io .la .ms .mu .nu .sc .tw .org.uk .vc and .ws - which means I can't get all of these domains in one place as many of them aren't available here.

I've been using the free version of the Domain Name Analyzer from http://www.softnik.com/download/ - it queries the whois servers directly from a desktop PC but doesn't actually register the names. It is capable of things like "check all the two-letter domains in Latvia to see which are available" and can be configured to add new top-level domains.

Not perfect, but maybe worth a try?

Yes, I have used, it's good. But I need some more functions, so I think about finding any software.

But also I think to give my feedback to develop bulk search.  Many people find Dynadot by forum reviews. So such tool could be a great option for promoting. Even for PPC adds because it's niche keyword.

Need options like:
- search for bigger number of domains - it could paid option
- making your own lists of kewords and making new phrases by this way >>> list 1 x list 2 = phrasees 1, list 1 x list 3 = phrases 2, L1 x L2 x L3 = phrases 3, etc.
- safe results, and them add to wish list
- or smth more if it is possible: see list of all existing domain names, with search option
