i paid for a domain name since Friday 25th February and still today which is 3 days later my domain is still processing.  can someone please help out?

the domain name is dumsagroup.com

i just saw your mail on credit card verification, i have sent a copy of the card along with my drivers license, please activate my domain as the client is losing his patience.

the process had been completed on my part, my credit card has been charged.  i recieved information regarding the payment to dynadot

It appears the order is pending on the completion of the verification process.  Once you have completed the verification your order will be processed.
