Domain Privacy Problem

My site is www.ptop.info , i have added privacy to that domain, but it still showing my email, adress on other whois search engine. When it will be updated? Plz help.

Hello,

Since you have ordered privacy service from a company other than Dynadot, you will need to speak with them regarding the status of the order. Dynadot does offer privacy starting at $2/year.
