For the past couple of hours, the stealth domain forwarding, that has been operational for a few weeks, has stopped working totally.
The domains in question are:
http://www.meshatfim.com
http://www.meshtfot.com
http://www.meshatefet.com
Going to the target URL manually produces the website as expected.

How often do these "blackouts" occur, and for how long?

The "blackout" you described is typically the result of a crashed server or being under a heavy load.  We've mostly resolved the second issue.  

In both instances, we typically get the server back up and running within a few hours, if not sooner.
