Domain auction service Canceled my order at 40 hrs after the auction

Domain acution has a 48 hours period to pay . 3:am feb 3.
but my order was canceled on 9:58 pm feb 2.
Please recover the order .Thanks.

The domain owner has up to 72 hours after the auction closes to renew the domain. (for common TLDs such as .COM and .NET)

They did not cancel the order.
The ownder of this domain recover the domain.
However , not sure how many days allowed the domain aution
to cancel orders for recoverd domain name.
