I tried to reg a domain today, and the order had gone through, been paid for etc, but it had been taken by someone else at the same time. My account was credited with the $7.99, but should it not have gone back into my paypal/account rather than being credited to me? It wasn't a domain cancelled by me in the grace period - effectively it was one that I didn't get, but paid for..
