dynadot have set up [domain name search limitation] on their domain name register system?

When I check the domain name availability few hours ago; dynadot system responds that I have achieve the daily search limitation?! (I've not yet finish my search at that time)

So, I send an email to dynadot to ask them to turn off "domain name search limitation" for me?

and I got the reply from dynadot as follow:
