From experience Dynadot are excellent at replying to emails at their customer service email - [email protected]. The Dynadot staff are also extremely on the ball when raising an issue on the forums.
I think people forget that behind Dynadot are real people.. doing a good job. Installing a ticket system isn't going to change that... it just isn't required.

I totally agree -- I co-locate my own server but what keeps me at my hosting ISP is their ticketing system and live support. And DD doesnt have to write their own -- there are several very excellent types of ticket support software out there -- incredible -- some for about $50 per month or less.
I see that Dynadot is a good service when we talk about DOMAIN NAMES. But about hosting, may be you have to reduce the prices :)... But generally, one of my reviews is, It's time that you build your own ticket system and also Implementing a Live Support...
A ticket system would put people like me who have a bad image of "e-mail support" at ease. I feel like the ticket system is at least monitored and e-mail support are spammed so much that support personnel rarely even checks them .. like my mail that was sent yesterday afternoon and still no response.
The last email we received from you was yesterday afternoon. It was an email sent directly to us as a response to an email. We sent a response back to you at about 5pm.
