DNSSEC DS record push to zone

I have a domain of gTLD "vip" and I used Cloudflare for DNS hosting. I already enabled/generated DNSSEC key/digest there and then pasted those information into Dynadot DNSSEC key / tag registration. But it already has been a long while that DS record not be pushed in TLD vip zone. How come this happened?

It seems that Dynadot did not upstream DS record automatically to "vip" zone, is that true? In that case, we need to transfer the domain to other registrar to support this DS record upstream/upload
