DNS Server seems to be down, or is not working properly.

My domains aren't connecting to where they are suppose to connect. It's been like this for over 4 hours. All of the domains just give me a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" response.

So the Domain Name Server is not reachable for some reason.
