Death of Domain Tasting on 3-31?

Any comment by the staff on how they will deal with the 3-31 deadline for domain tasting? A forewarning would have been great... as i just through in 500 bucks to test a few names, now will have to rush through.

i think it would be fair practice under the new ICANN rules to allow for your customers to delete at least that (guaranteed) 10% of the domains they register, to protect them from accidental typos or just changing mind,
