I think Dynadot is one of the main reasons that cause people to lose money online.
I already had several problems with Dynadot before, but always could solve that by taking a few days to transfer to another registrar (A good thing, because the domain transfer is faster then their support)
The Chat and Telephone just do nothing, example...
My partner account was hacked, the email in the account was desactivated a time ago, and he forgot to update in his domain account.
Our website is offline for 2 days now, and we are waiting the response from Dynadot for our first email (sent 8 hours ago)
The response will probably come with questions, that will lead to another wait for new response...
Just with this, Dynadot will help us to lose more rank, visitors, and profits, since the site generates a good income.
What's the problem in offer quicker solutions by email and phone?!
Make an separated paid support if you have, but make the support work! This is terrible....
