If an order requires additional processing by our staff, it is handled on the next business day. You placed your order on Saturday, a little after our CS agent left the office, so it was processed on Monday morning (today).
After 2 days of "processing" "need approval" bullshit, I ended up still able to register the domain on Godaddy, the process went through quickly in 10 minutes and now the domain is active in my godaddy account.
Imagine how dangerous this is and how big of a loss would it result.
I'm totally an UNHAPPY customer, now I want my money back,
My order number was 1113276 , give me the refund and a good explanation regarding this matter.
