I love the Dynadot prices, and the technology is wonderful if you're an able to manage it yourself. I find the online support to be the easy way to get help, but they don't go out of their way to get you through your process. i have another site hosted on Ipage, which is 24 hour online support and they are very helpful. However they make up for their support in ridiculous domain registration prices. I'd give Dynadot a 7 out of 10 because they do answer the questions. If you have questions, it's best to make a list of them to make sure they walk you through the process you're working on.

Guys, why don't you just put a little time to learn to solve your issues. Dynadot has some serious technologies available and this past year I see they have written some very intensive Help Docs -- Learn! They have the best prices and tech available, hands down. Want tech support to hold your hand? Go to Go-Daddy & spend 3x as much, see how little their tech support will allow you to do, and end up getting far less control and quality than Dynadot! Some of my clients just wanted to fork over $Cash$ cause they fell for GD's promotions & I had to wade though dumb and blind techs to clear things up. Sheesh! Stop complaining! Every time I wanted to ask DD a question I send them an email -- and always have gotten quick replies. I don't have a problem with these guys, with my 60+ domains, over 7 years.

Hey you can call me up all the time at $125 per hour. I guarantee I will be available for you :-)

Who cares what timezone it is, 9am is 9am, and all day your support has been horrible. I agree with the first post. I am trying to get a refund back for a domain I purchased and you guys are so slow and so bad at support that I definitely would not recommend this website to any of my friends nor colleagues due to your unreliable support.

You're supposed to be a domain registrar and web hosting company. You would think support would be there to help 24/7 for mission critical issues such as this one??

Hi guys.  Our support hours are from 9am to 6pm Pacific Time.  Since California is behind the rest of the world, in time zone that is, the first 2 hours of our day can be quite busy.  It's usually pretty easy to get through after that.
