why i did not receive cpanel user name and password for login in cpanel after buying web hosting service?

We sent you an email with your username and password for cPanel on March 2nd, which was the same day you purchased the plan.

The subject line was "cambodiamoh.com Advanced Hosting Created". We sent that email right before the "Order Finished" email.
