Your support is the worst one I've ever encountered in my life, what a fuckin trashcan. The staff member is rude and just inappropiate. He can't even type proper English.

Let's see your english:

"costumer support" instead of customer support
"fuckin" instead of fucking
"inappropiate" instead of inappropriate
"comming" instead of coming

4 mistakes in 4 sentences. Amazing.

Refunds take about 2 business days to process.  Your chat session was closed for abusive language and racial comments.  While one typo was found,  improper english was not an issue here.
