.CN Promo Invalid!

Hello,
I received e-mail: Promo applies to 1 year and 2 year new registrations of IDN .CN domains.
But I can not use, the shopping cart display is the $9.99 USD "original", Why?

What are you trying to order with that code? It is only valid on IDN.CN names. It will not work on all .CN domains.
