Cancle hosting, do they book the money back to account (not a refund)

Did upgrade to advanced hosting yesterday, but then learned that Dynadot actually has very poor customer service (see my other topic) I cannot affort to my customers to have my site offline and get no techsupport etc.

Do they book money back to my account (not a refund) and use for other purchases, anyone who knows ?

(one.com would give a full refund without any questions, and many others too)

A positive word for Dynadot also,

got a full refund (to my Dynadot account balance) for cancelled hosting within one day,

I appreciate this !
