Your buyer needs to complete these steps, after he does this, you should be able to push the domain into his account:
1. Log into your Dynadot account. 2. Click on the "Domains" tab at the top of the page. 3. In the blue sub-menu, click the "Advanced Settings" link. 4. In the light blue sub-menu click the "Country-Code Settings" link. 5. Enter the information shown on this form.
