can I customise the serurity question instead of birthday

Because birthday is not that secure as most of us use real information on our birthday.

Hello,

The security question and answer were asked when the account was first set up.  It can not be viewed from within your account.  We will ask for them when performing certain account functions as an added verification.

Can you please tell me where the security question option is in the account manager? Because all I can see in mine is the Account Lock with birthday question.

We do use customized security questions.  Every account has a customized security question.  It's just not the only security method we employ.

I second that. I love Dynadot, but surely it should be possible to create more security question options.

If not fully customizable questions, then at least 3-5 standard questions to choose from like registrars such as eNom, Moniker and Fabulous have.

And no, I can't use your SMS security service because you still haven't added my carrier which I requested months ago ;-)

Hello,

We have multiple layers of security.  You can customize your secret question when you sign up for an account with us.  However, we cannot replace the birthday verification for a customized security question.

Typically, the only time the birthday verification is used is when you want to unlock your domains.
