Can you please tell me where the security question option is in the account manager? Because all I can see in mine is the Account Lock with birthday question.
We have multiple layers of security. You can customize your secret question when you sign up for an account with us. However, we cannot replace the birthday verification for a customized security question.
Typically, the only time the birthday verification is used is when you want to unlock your domains.
