I just noticed how low the support is in dynadot.com
the whole site is moderated by "1" person. Also the moderation is applied for like 2 hours per day. Is it everyday?
take off weekeneds where they don't even bother to check the email. 2 hours and even less per day is not enough for a site like dynadot.com
I was soo much disapointed with the support this site provides. The script used here is amazing and all other factors, but its a shame to see that no one will ever read your email. Paying for staff to help is not a big problem. You can find too many indians who are willing to work hard for really cheap prices..
I just wanted to say what i think soo far...
3 days and no answer, my 100k visitor went down to zero just coz they are not willing to support in a timely manner.
Our office hours are from Monday through Friday 9am to 6 PM PST. That is when respond to support requests.
There is support on the weekends, however, it is extremely limited.
When you emailed last week, in both emails we let you know that you might want to consider using Name Servers over Stealth Forwarding, due to the amount of traffic your domain receives. Otherwise, our Forwarding server would likely keep disabling your domain.
The ban is triggered when 10 IPs visit the website 20 times in 20 seconds.

and a personal comment, i wouldnt like if they would go for your cheap/indians support approach, thats why ppl here stay away from godaddy, no offense, but besides cheezy yes sir talking and windows copy/paste, they cant do squat, you buy in cheap you get cheap, and i wouldnt want that to manage my domains dont take this as a racial comment, its not
