!!!! ATTENTION WINNER OF "LOGOS .MOBI" =>PLEASE SELL BACK AT PRICE U PAYED =DDOT DELETED UNFAIRLY !!
11/5/2013 14:13
TO THE ONE WHO WON THE AUCTION ON "LOGOS.MOBI" => I HOPE YOU WILL BE SO KIND (IN CONCTRARY TO DYNADOT WHO ARE SIMPLY IGNORING ANYTHING I SAY) => TO SELL THE DOMAINNAME BACK TO ME I WILL PAY THE PRICE YOU PAYED IN AUCTION (+ LITTLE EXTRA) !!(I know it takes 30 days or more before you can do that).

The POINT IS THIS => DYNADOT DELETED THIS DOMAINNAME ON THE 5th of november (EUROPEAN Standard Time), a bit afrter noon, although just before it showed "-39", which meant that I had another day to renew this domain).
FOR A REASON I DON'T KNOW DYNADOT DELETED THIS DOMAIN AT 3 PM and allocated this to a cinner of auction(Western Euopean Time). Other domainnames that had been registerred in 2006 THE SAME DAY AS   this domainname and only AT MOST 9 minutes after logos.mobi WERE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS, and I could renew them indeed the day after.

=> DYNADOT DOESN'T WISH (I CALLED THEM) TO GIVE THE DOMAIN BACK TO ME, ALTOUGH THERE'S A TECHNICAL PROBLEM.
I know it happened before that I lost domains being too late, because I fell asleep or so, but THIS TIME I'm 100% SURE I wasn't=> here the doamin was clearly in my account "-39" and not yet "-40" at noon and few hours later "deleted", although other names that also were registerred back in 2006 the same day with only 9 minutes maksimum difference, that didn't delete and also showed -39. I CAN PROOF THIS WITH EMAILS AND IN WHOIS-SES !!!. I'm even prepared to give a domainname of your choice in your interestfield, because this was my domain and is STOLEN by TOO EARLY DELETION by DYNADOT in my point of view.

I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY DISAPPOINTMENT.
DYNADOT CLEARLY DOESN'T AS I COULD UNDERSTAND OUT OF A PHONECONCERSATION ABOUT THIS.

AND THINKING THAT I NEARLY INVESTED 10's of thousands IN DOMAINS IN THE PAST AT DYNADOT !!
=>>> SORRY BUT MY TRUST IN DYNADOT IS NEARLY COMPLETELY GONE !!!!!
THEY'RE NOT TRUSTWURTHY IN MY EYES ANYMORE.  YOU KNOW => IF I CALL I GET USUALLY AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK => I DID THAT CERTAINLY 25 TIMES LAST YEAR => THEY NEVER CALLED BACK !!!!!!!

THE OWNER OF A DOMAINNAME IS CERTAINLY NOT AS PRPOTECTED AS AT GDD. THERE THERE'S ALSO AN AUCTION, BUT EVEN IF THE DOMAIN IS AUCTIONED AND EVEN PAYED BY THE WINNER, AND EVEN ALREADY IN THE ACCOUNT OF THE WINNER "THE ORIGINAL OWNER IS PROTECTED" AND CAN BUY THE DOMAINNAME BACK DURING THE 30 DAYS AFTER THE AU%CTION-END (what would have been the end of the redemption period if went tinto Redemption) (or sometimes you even can transfer the domain still) !!!!

I hope (in contrary to dynadot), YOU have MERCY AND understand that what happened is UNFAIR to me as owner, and sell the domain back to me at the price you payed for it (maybe a bit more).

Thanks in advance.

Hey if ya snooze ya loose :-) Stop being such a crybaby. BFD you lost your domain because YOU waited to the last second  -- whoops. Guess it wasn't THAT important. lol.

Thanks DD for being calm and informative in the face of this type of rot.

To avoid the risk of losing a valued domain name, please be sure to renew earlier.

I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AT ALL => I WILL REPLY RTO THIS ELABORRATE TOMORROW OR THE DAY AFTER !(I did raise my voice some time but I wasn't feeling well, and HOW would you be if you loose SUCH AN AMOUNT OF MONEY to a company you already spent 30 K to, and doesn't even find its longtime registrants important, but the bidders in auctions on these domains in a so-called aftermarket that didn't exists 5 years ago. I wouldn't be able to loose my domainname if it wasn't for the auctions except.. but that for tomorrow). (AND there's something else, because it's possible that I loose 7 K that I spent because of something you didn't mention soon enough in the past, but thtat's for enother time).

I WILL PUTTING THE MESSAGE TO THE "UNKNOWN BIDDER/WINNER" EVERYWHERE I CAN, BECAUSE IN THE PAST YOU DIDN'T WANT TO REVEAL WHO WON THE BIDDING OR SEND AN EMAIL TO HIM OR HER, (AND YOU PROBABLY WON'T GIVE ME HIS OR HER EMAIL AGAIN), SO THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS PUT MESSAGES, HOPING HE READS it, and it's quite logical that in those messages MY VISION OF WHAT HAPPPENED IS DESCRIBED.
I WON'T PUT MESSAGES TO HIM or HER if I get his or her EMAIL of you HOWEVER, SO I CAN SEND AN EMAIL NOW (AND NOT MUCH LATER).
PLEASE REPLY NOW WITH THAT EMAIL to my email.

Kind regards

@domainshopper:

There was no technical problem here.  You were given your full 40 day Renewal Grace Period to renew the domain and keep it in your possession.  As we have discussed with you, at length, a domain is time-stamped when it is registered.  If you have a 40 day Renewal Grace Period, you do not necessarily have until midnight, in your time zone, on the 40th day to renew.   If you see the 'Days Remaining:' field for a domain listed as -39, that means that the domain has been expired for 39 days AND COUNTING. The hours and seconds are not shown, but you may have only a matter of minutes left.  Once it hits 40, it is all over.  In this situation, you should probably renew right away.  Renewing before the final day of the grace period would be even better.

Dynadot is very careful to let customers know when their domains are expiring.  We send out notices beginning at 60 days prior to expiration.  Expiring domains are moved to the front page in your account and their expiration dates are shown in red.

We are also very careful to treat all customers fairly.  You tried to wait until the last second to renew this domain and ended up waiting too long.  One of our other customers won it fair and square in our auctions and it would simply be unfair for us to try and remove it from their account now.

As for us ignoring you, that is simply not the case.  We have gone over this with you, in detail, more than once in the past.  We tried to do the same today.  We will not, however, let you call our office and scream at our support reps for extended lengths of time.  If you are calling and getting an answering machine, you are calling the wrong number.
