I purchased an SSL cert a few hours ago. What is the usual timeline I should expect?

-- rather irrelevant, but perhaps of importance to dynadot staff

An MX record isn't needed.

Orders that are submitted over the weekend and need to be processed manually, are processed on the next business day.  SSL order are a good example of this, since we always need to process them manually.

Guys are you serious about this or what. You still have no MX records, and my SSL isnt issued yet.

Just what on earth is going on there? Your site guarantees a 24 hour issue duration - why is it not issued yet?
