i want a refund, ordered 2 days ago and no answer to my emails or on these so called forums.

the whole thing has been my worst experience with any domain company.

Take my advice if you reading this before ordering - DON'T

The .UK registry was having some problems that were out of our control, but they appear to have resolved themselves and your domain has been registered and placed into your account.  

We apologize for the slow response.  Customer service was limited over the long holiday weekend.
