Hi,

Confirmed the ownership domain by clicking on the link received by email. The panel has the status of order processing, have not you responded to emails, and it's been 48 hours since the confirmation.

Oh, could use a description of the course to requests for SSL certificates, plus descriptions of the waiting time for their release.

Thanks for answer. I have my ssl order. However, this certificate is registered in the blank position "organization", although the CSR is shown organization.
I sent an email to [email protected]

Our normal office hours are from Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM PST.   We do have some support on Saturday's, but it is limited.  If you approved your SSL order after Friday, 6PM, the order is processed on the next business day.
