Alpha SSL certificate

Hi,

I recently purchased a SSL certificate for my domain(www.boogle.pw) but during ordering I couldn't find an upload option for my CSR. Now I cant use this certificate in Citrix Netscaler as it doesn't have any key file.Could you please check this for me?

The CSR does need to be entered when you order an SSL certificate from us, but we never ask for your key. That is generated along with your CSR and should be saved. If you do not have the key, you can generate another CSR, and key, then email that to us. We can use it to reissue your SSL certificate.
