We had problems with our name servers used for our Advanced Hosting. The issue has been resolved. All sites should be working properly now. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
It took us a little longer to respond to emails and get to your calls because of this. We did post to facebook and twitter to notify users about the problem.
Mine has been down too. Would be nice if they answered phone and / or help request. If something is wrong, please advise us ... maybe placing a notice in News / Blog section would at least inform us.
