After so many years of positive cooperation with Dynadot my 2 new domains arodoparos.com and imagineparos.com Been cancelled! My credit card been charged 2 X 9,99 and amount then refunded to my Dynadot minus 2 X 2.50?? as a cancellation penalty?

Please resolve ASAP!

I will re-register the domains, but what about the 5 dollars penalty would that bee refunded in my account??

You have turned on the 'auto-grace delete setting in your account.  You can turn it off on this page:
https://www.dynadot.com/account/domain/setting/auto_delete.html

You must be signed in to use that link. Any domains which have already been deleted will need to be registered again. We cannot get them back for you.

As i checked my account discovered that both Domains been  "deleted grace"

This is something i never asked and been charged 2,50 each time!

Please resolve I need my Domain names back
