Too many failed attempts

I get since yesterday form the API following error back:
{"Response":{"ResponseCode":"-1","Error":"too many failed attempts"}}

How can I solve this? I have tried to ceate a new api key but I got the same error.

Thank you for your inquiry. Sometimes if you send API requests quickly, your account may get banned from using the API system. Please get in touch with an agent through our chat so we can further investigate.
