Requests to the Api that NEVER END

48 hours after sending the last request to the API is still not complete. I can not use the API I get the following error.

error,currently processing another request from this account

how I can cancel the last request to the API when it remains unanswered for a long time?

An API call should never be out for more than 10 minutes. Network timeouts alone would prevent this.
