I am not sure what to do. I am new Dynadot customer:
Casa Camino Real
314 South Tornillo Street
Las Cruces, NM 88005
575-523-399
I need to get email from my webserver: Acorn Host. I can send email from them at:
[email protected] but I can not receive email. Can you help me?
I previously gave you an email of
[email protected] but I do want to add the
[email protected] I appreciate any help!!

Here is some information:
Hello Denise,
Please check what name servers are set up at your registrar.
They should be ns15.acornhost.com. and ns16.acornhost.com. (without any ip)
Your emails are not reaching your email because the sending server is not sure where to send the emails since your name servers are currently pointed to ns1.dynadot.com and ns2.dynadot.com.
Please change that so your emails can reach the mail box.
