expiring/pending delete domains list with API

Is there a way I can get the list of all expiring/pending delete domains through API for a date range?

If I want to use the API to buy expiring/pending delete domains what would be the best way to use it?

Also, once I deposit the 500$ into the account I can start using the API immediately?
