Error - problem with connection to main server?

I keep getting this error when trying to run the "set_dns" command.
I tried doing a "search" command, and that worked just fine.
I did both of these with api3.xml

Is there a reason "set_dns" isn't working?

That is a valid request. Are you still receiving that error? We're thinking all the connections were occupied. Can you try again? Let us know if the result is the same. Thanks!

This always results in an error - "problem with connection to main server"
