I would like to know on the API restrictions, it is temporary or forever?

Its showed in that error -> "error,currently processing another request from this account"

Read Documentation -> you need to finish one request before making next !

Why do I still have restrictions on the API?

No, .CN domains don't have the same restrictions.  You can still use the API to register those domains.

API access for .COM and .NET has been temporarily disabled:

I'm not sure what the status is of the check/register restriction.  We will know more details once API access for .COM and .NET is re-enabled.
