API error

12 hours after sending the last request to the API is still not complete. I can not use the API I get the following error.

error,currently processing another request from this account

Please make sure you have no scripts running on any of your whitelisted IPs.  You should only be receiving that message if there is a call in progress from your account.

We've restarted the server to clear out any pending calls.  Generally speaking,  it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to receive a response.
