Dear Dynadot!, what changes have you made to advanced hosting ? email problems, can´t connect to your website, website is working slow, login problems to your site etc. You have been giving very good service for many years for me but last month has been terrible!, please kindly could you give me little more information than " everything seems to be ok. everything is working fine for us. " . It´s really not helping me at all. I haven´t done anything against our service agreement, sites have not used their bandwith remotely close to their limit. So I don´t understand why I feel that you hate me now, when I´m asking your help to solve these issues?
I dont get repplys to emails.If i get i am falsly accused of spaming.I dint evwn know how to spam.My account suspended and no repllys from anyone in company.They sure take my monie with no problems.

As you know, the behavior of other users on the server will have a direct a direct effect on how the server performs. That may be part of what you are seeing.

Your comment about us hating you is a bit confusing. Yes, we did send you one email warning against resource abuse, but we have also answered all of your emails since and let you know that your account has not been listed as a top user in the logs since that day. We do wish we could do more to assist customers in managing their sites, but we simply do not have the available resources to do so. We hope you understand.
