Our goal is provide all our clients with superior support at all times. We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. When a site is suspended it certainly does complicate matters a little.

I don't know how long ago they suspended your web site, but they did the same thing to me several months ago and I couldn't get them to do a thing for me. When I got belligerent over the complete lack of support they suggested I take my business elsewhere. I'm still have not been able to retrieve my files. It took me weeks to get them to release my domain so I could transfer it. These people just don't care and they are nearly never available for support.
If I were you I'd be looking for a new web host.
