Hi. I am with Hostgator and this was mi first time creating a subdomain, I followed all steps for that, but I couldn´t make it. So I contact HostGator support and they finally told me that I need to ask mi domain provider (here of course) to update or reset server IP..
This make sense to me since I have account in HostGator long time ago, so maybe I´ve set DNS years ago.
Is there anything like "Update / Reset Server IP" or they were just avoiding responsibility?
