FTP is down on Cherry.

When I try to connect to my cherry server via ftp it cant. getting errors 530,
even with all the correct user details and even with a new user set up.

with the orange server im fine I can connect to a clients ftp.

We tested FTP on the cherry server and connected using Filezilla. Please email support@dynadot.com and provide your IP address. Perhaps you're being blocked in the firewall.

Just tried again. no luck with even a new account created via cpanel.
I also tried putty on port 22.
filezilla set as FTP and filezilla set as SFTP also.

Only with my account not with any of my clients but their all on other dynadot servers.
I had an issue not to long ago with SSH being down might also have something to do with this.
