Did a few free online appraisals they ranged from around 2100 to 4200... The domain is Raiding-Guild (dot) info... this appeals to the millions (if not billions) of persons in this niche market of mmorpgs... people in guilds are normally those that are on there pc for over 4 hours a day. and i would say over 85% of hardcore mmorpg players are in guilds... So this has really good potential!

Right now looking for some bids starting at JUST $100 and the BIN I list at less than half of the domain value so just $1000!
