problem with CNAME

hi!
I'm having some issues trying to add a subdomain for a forum external to my main domain.

the domain taylorswiftportugal.com is hosted in a place and my forum on another and I was trying to create a subdomain using the infos my forum provider gave me but it didn't work.

here is a screenshot of what I did

they just said to add the url of my forum on the target host space which is taylorswiftptoficial.ativoforum.com

it's hosted by forumotion.com...
