Hello,
I have just ordered
domain name, and paid by paypal, and received paypal's confirmation telling me that the moment was gone, also when I checked my paypal account, I found out , the amount was paid.

the issue is , the domain name is pending , and the status is "waiting for paiement"

why this and what can I Do now? should I pay twice for a domain???

Your order has completed processing. You also accidentally sent us a second Paypal payment for the order, so we have refunded you account credit. Our system is being a little slow in processing orders and an engineer is looking into the slowdown. Thank you for your patience.

Now The domain is in "Open Orders" .
the status changed into: Processing
but even in this time I cannot change the dns or the contacts.

how long I should wait? I used to regiter domain in seconds.

On whois, the status are:
Status:INACTIVE
Status:TRANSFER PROHIBITED
Status:ADDPERIOD

by the way,I paid twice for the same domain,without receeiving email of confirmation of paiement!

please tell me what can I do ?

Go to 'my account', then 'summary', and scroll down and you will see a section called 'new domains' it should show up there. It's probably just being processed, check again in a few minutes. Mine often says the same thing after payment but it's gone through fine.
