I bought a .eu domain. Nw i need  to transfer to my name in my dynadot account: But it seems to difficult.
Hi this is the email i riecived from SEDO:

"Hello
we have received a transfer request without any change of ownership, so we refused it. please start a trade (change of ownership) and make sure your provider is able to start a trade /transfer a domain.eu.
If we do not receive a trade request by April 1st, we will close the transaction without any possible refund."
Can you tell me how i can transfer this domain to me?

i Bought agenzia.eu from another registrant, so i need to transfer this domain to me, not the opposite, in my dynadot account.
This is sedo answer to my request from dynadot :
"we have received a transfer request without any change of ownership, so we refused it. please start a trade (change of ownership) and make sure your provider is able to start a trade /transfer a domain.eu."
