Hello I am having a problem with my site.

I cannot access it without typing 'www.'

I used the snapshot and IP tools and it shows the following errors:

IP Status of melvinalvarez.com
Name Server Misconfigured - One or more name servers for this domain is not returning an IP address. Please contact the admin for the name server.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I guess the problem is with the Chrome browser.

I used firefox and it worked.
