Name server at the wrong place

HI,
I enter my 2 name server in the Section 2( in the name server section) , instead of the section 1.
I clicked on clear the setting, but nothing is happening. How do I go to reset my server names the correct way.
I was told that every 20 minutes ,there is some updates, but I waited much longer than that so far

Can you send us a screen shot via email. Your name server setting looks correct.
