Domain Transfert to Dynadot Problem

Hi
i wanna transfert a domaine of mine to dynadot
i paid the money but i got a problem in transfert status
the error message is "bounced whois email"

i don't know how to fix it

Hello,

You will need to log into your account at your previous registrar and update your Whois information.  Once you do this, log into your Dynadot account.  In the "Current Transfers" section on the "Summary" page, change the dropdown to "I have changed the whois email address" and click on the "Submit" button.  This will notify our system that you have updated the Whois information.
