Domain marked "processing" and "result Need Approval"?

I created an account on 10th August and bought a domain, i paid by credit card but after that i don't see my domain in the list and in the order page it's still marked "processing" and "result Need Approval"

I need this domain to build a website as soon as possible. Please let me know what to do next. Thank you very much for a prompt response.
