556 null byte in data

I have a domain and an email address setup with remote access enabled. All of my SMTP settings are correct in my client (Thunderbird 3.1.7).

qmail is emailing back to me a failure notice with error code 556 null byte in data when I send email to any valid email address via smtp.webhost.dynadot.com:1025. Please advise.
