Basic to Advanced

I've recently bought Advanced Hosting for my domain which already had a basic one. The basic on was expiring, it still has like 1 day of hosting. But when I payed for the Advanced one nothing changed, the website still works with the Basic Hosting. How do I switch the same domain form Basic to Advanced (I have both of them at the same moment)

You'd need to set your domain to 'Advanced Hosting' if it is registered with us, or set it to the corresponding name servers if it is not. Our Advanced Hosting name servers are ns100.dynadot.com and ns101.dynadot.com.

My domain is registered at Dynadot and I also use your Email plan. How do I configure my domain to my Email package?

To use your Email plan, please follow these steps:

Sign in to your Dynadot account.
Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and then click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down.
Check the box next to your domain name(s) and click on the "Action" button.
Choose "Email Settings" from the "Action" list.
Select "Dynadot Email Hosting" from the list of choices (we no longer sell new Advanced Hosting plans).
Press the "Save Email Settings" button to save your changes.
You should now see "Dynadot Email Hosting" listed alongside your domain on the "Manage Domains" in your Dynadot account.

Please be aware that it might take some time for your name server changes to propagate.

You'll also need to make sure you've upload your content files into your new webspace and recreated your email addresses in cPanel.
