You must turn the "auto-grace deletion" setting off as you have that feature enabled. Our system will not automatically grace delete domains unless that setting is turned on.
I will never order again from Dynadot! I prefer to lose my credit amount of $6.99, but I don't want to pay again USD 3 for new registration of my deleted domain. I already explained it in another topic -- from the Dynadot chat they told me that I set up some "auto-delete" and I didn't know about it at all!!! I don't feel sure that I can keep any domain here, so I will prefer to order from other places! Goodbye forever, Dynadot!!!
